Clark County Indiana Sheriff Department is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Corrections Officer.In summary, Corrections Officers are responsible for the intake, oversight and security of inmates in the Clark County jail located in Jeffersonville Indiana. Successful candidates will have access to free law enforcement training opportunities. Promotion opportunities are available along with the ability to become a member of specialized units such as Corrections Emergency Response Team, Court Team and Transportation.Uniforms and Equipment are provided at no cost.
