Pay Range: $56,635 - 66,507 annuallyJob Description: Your Piece of the PuzzleNFM is looking for a Contract Administrator to join the team. As our Contract Administrator, you will provide administrative support and assistance to the Legal, Finance, and Real Estate Departments. You will support the service provider and contractor onboarding processes, the enterprise claims database, and the organization and maintenance of other legal and corporate documents. This position will report directly to NFM's General Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs.Job Duties: A Day in the LifeAdminister: Assist in the maintenance of contracts, leases, governance documents, other corporate records, and records related to legal claims for NFM and its subsidiaries
Support: Assist with internal and external communications regarding, and correspondence with, service providers, contractors, tenants, and others, such as providing notifications related to leases, contracts, claims
Prepare: Assist with the process of onboarding new service providers, vendors, and contractors, including creation of, assistance with, and management of templated agreements and forms in coordination with NFM's Legal Department
Arrange: Prepare and deliver regular reporting on contracts, leases, and claims, and respond to requests for related information by executives and directors
Assess: Assist in drafting legal documents including agreements, leases, and correspondence
Manage: Manage the intake and internal distribution of notices, pleadings, and other documents that are served on NFM's registered agents
Assist: Provide other administrative assistance and support as assigned to the Legal, Finance, and Real Estate DepartmentsYour work will directly impact our ability to help people create a lifestyle they love, for the people they love-because that's what we love.Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?Associate degree or college coursework in a paralegal program or business administration or related field required. Bachelor's degree preferred
3-5 years as a paralegal with real estate transactional experience preferred
Highly organized and have the ability prioritize tasks
Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information
Strong attention to detail and ability to enter data quickly and accurately
Excellent verbal and written communication skillComputer skills and ability to navigate through MS Office applications
