Senior Prevention Program Field Representative- Harm Reduction
About the Position The person selected for this position will work under general supervision of the Prevention Program Manager to provide training, technical assistance and support to community-based overdose prevention and harm reduction programs. Duties include building relationships with community-based harm reduction programs, conducting ongoing training and technical assistance needs assessments, developing and implementing workforce development plans, facilitating communication within the prevention division, other ODMHSAS divisions, and external partners to ensure that project goals are met.Job Type/Salary:

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:Master’s degree, social services related field preferred, and two years of experience related to administration of prevention or harm reduction programs, OR an equivalent combination of education and experience. No substitution for a bachelor's degree.Special Requirements:
  • Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position and as such have a valid driver’s license
