- Create and implement sales process, including sales funnels, to drive client acquisition and build high-quality and profitable client revenues
- Develop and implement digital sales strategies for all business lines, products, and services
- Constantly evaluate and implement new strategies to sales pipeline process to increase its velocity
- As a player-coach, develop the sales team: recruiting, hiring, and training Account Executives
- Manage and work alongside Account Executives in client / prospect meetings
- Prepare forecasts for Sales KPI reporting for the team and CEO for use in financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning
- Identify partnership and collaboration opportunities with other businesses
- Measure and improve weekly pipeline development activities tied to target KPI's
- Work collaboratively and effectively with marketing and content teams and across the entire Arootah organization
- Help lead market research to define target market, establish Brand positioning and identify white space in the Financial, Tech, and Wellness markets
- Help define target personas based on product line and target them on digital platforms
- Build lead lists using social media and online tools
- Maintain and optimize CRM tools (HubSpot)
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; Masters' degree is a plus
- 8+ years' experience in B2B sales, with some experience selling coaching, consulting or wellness/personal development products/services or selling products/services into financial services, hedge funds, family offices, and other investment business
- Proven results leading within an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, process driven environment
- Proven ability to develop and nurture a brand from conception through sales
- Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Experience developing and executing data-driven sales plans with clear KPIs
- Experience using CRM tools (HubSpot)
