We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior Mobile Automated Tester to join our team located Lafayette, LA.As a Senior Technical Consultant you will participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle which includes estimating, technical design, implementation, documentation, testing, deployment and support of application developed for our clients.   • Design QA automation strategy and lead testing efforts.
  • Help establish project test strategy, methodologies, test plans, and execute test scripts.
  • Create manual/automated test scripts by leveraging requirements documentation (i.e., wireframes and comps).
  • Drive quality control around CI/CD pipeline process and implementation.
  • Participate in team meetings, work well with both internal and client team members.
  • Contribute to weekly status reports and interact with clients and vendors as needed.
  • Build trusted client relationships through proactive account management and effective project delivery.
  • Establish knowledge of client business challenges and priorities to translate into new opportunities.
  • Maintain regular client communication and satisfaction, ensuring opportunities and challenges are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Assist in delivering presentations to clients and management teams.
  • Contribute to project discoveries, project kickoffs, proposal presentations, and statements of work following company standards.
  • Work with customers and internal creative teams to establish approved wireframes and mock-ups for solutions.
  • Help to establish critical paths, milestones, delivery dates, and review deliverables to ensure they meet client acceptance criteria.
  • Provide leadership throughout the lifecycle of a project, guiding the project team through design and development to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Understand and manage the security requirements associated with systems, testing requirements, testing frameworks and infrastructure, data requirements, and data privacy rules to ensure system and information privacy, integrity, and availability.
  • Review test plans and testing approaches to ensure there are no violations of security requirements by the QA team.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members and share knowledge with the team through training, documentation, meetings, etc.
  • Android experience with - Kotlin, Java, Appium, Selenium, Espresso, Maven, Cucumber
  • iOS experience with - Objective-C, XCUITest, Cucumber, Swift, Appium, Selenium ·
  • Must have worked with tools such as Android Studio, Xcode etc.
  • Experience using a web-based development tracking tool for managing identified bugs and defects, such as Azure DevOps
  • Experience with working in a Mobile App application development environment,
  • Experience executing all quality assurance (QA) and testing activities conducted during the project life cycle and ensuring results from these activities are verified thoroughly
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Mobile Application Automation and framework development.
  • Ability to write and execute test cases for feature sets.
  • Experience working in an Agile development team environment.
  • Experience working collaboratively with QA lead to identify testcases and validate acceptance criteria.
  • Ability to deal with some levels of ambiguity in requirements.
  • Good human relation and communication skills (the ability to work well with others and be a team member)
  • Solid knowledge of SDLC, SQA Methodology and tools.
  • Writing automation scripts for Native Mobile Applications for iOS/ Android platforms using Appium.
