Senior Supply Chain Planner

• Requires Bachelor degree in industrial engineering, supply chain or related field.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is required.
• English: B2+ or C1 in reading, writing and fluently speaking

• 5-8 years of experience as a Planner/Buyer, with proven experience in demand planning, purchasing (local and international), forecast process and inventory management.
• Expertise in ERP-MRP II systems (Sage X3, SAP, or comparable software).
• Experience in SO&P or SIOP monthly cycle process.

• Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer demand, sales forecasts, and production capacity.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure the timely availability of resources, materials, and equipment.
• Analyze production capacity and identify constraints or bottlenecks in the manufacturing process.
• Work with production and operations teams to optimize capacity utilization and improve overall efficiency.
• Demonstrate proficiency in consistently providing products and services that fulfill customer requirements.

• Reasoning: Ability to follow detailed procedures with several potential variables. Problem solving ability and interpretation of events required for practical matters.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization as well with external vendors.
• Read/interpret with precision MRP suggestion reports.
• Advanced Excel skills and Power BI experience.
• Experience in a labor-intensive manufacturing environment.
