In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating, delivering, and assessing training that addresses the needs of the participant and the business. The training you deliver will be of a high-quality standard, compliant with all guiding principals and engaging to ensure the continued success of our people.In addition to the above you will:
  • Facilitate all training to a high standard to ensure all attendees are provided with the optimum opportunity to learn and develop.
  • Collaborate with managers and staff to create learning and development plans.
  • Support the wider Fulton Hogan team with TTM training, travelling out of region when required.

  • Exceptional training skills, ideally with experience or qualifications in adult education.
  • Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of Traffic Management operations and all related safety and compliance.
  • NZQA qualified assessor.
  • STMS Qualification and minimum 5 years’ experience with the TTM industry.
  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal customers.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability with a strong focus on people, safety and quality.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage workload to ensure efficiency.
  • Competent presenter with strong communication skills.
