- Project Management: Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Customer Interface: Act as the primary point of contact for the project on a daily basis, addressing any issues proactively before they are escalated.
- Documentation: Create functional and technical specification documents, and review functional and technical specification documents prepared by team members.
- Ticket Management: Track open tickets/incidents in the queue, allocate tickets to resources, and ensure timely closure within specified deadlines.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure project compliance with Software Quality Processes and adhere to timelines.
- Team Leadership: Promote teamwork, motivate, mentor, and develop subordinates to foster a collaborative work environment.
- Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs and implement coding standards, frameworks, and tools to improve development efficiency, maintainability, and scalability.
- Continuous Improvement: Encourage innovation and continuous improvement within the delivery team, seeking ways to enhance processes, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the single point of contact for the team to project stakeholders, facilitating communication and addressing concerns as needed.
- Application Support: Provide application production support as per process/RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted, and Informed) Matrix.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3 to 10 years of experience in digital consulting or related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in leading teams, mentoring subordinates, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Knowledge of software quality processes, SLAs/KPIs/OLAs, and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in documentation, including creating functional and technical specification documents.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with application production support and troubleshooting.
- Willingness to travel as required.
