- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to revenue growth.
- Problem Solving: Address client inquiries and issues promptly, providing effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Performance Monitoring: Regularly track account performance metrics and prepare reports for management to assess client engagement and satisfaction levels.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure alignment in delivering client solutions.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in account management or a related field.
- Nationality: Turkish nationals.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Turkish.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Demonstrated ability to think critically and address challenges effectively.
