Analyst Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM) Controlling (m/f/d)

• Manage fee handling related tasks (incl. setup fee schedules for new products, prepare fee calculations, manage invoicing, fee rebate and recharges process, coordinate transfer pricing process)
• Manage invoicing process for alternative investment funds (AIF)
• Support audit within AIFM Controlling role
• Support ad hoc requests
• Maintenance of AIFM Controlling tools and optimization of processes

• Support planning processes (incl. forecast, budget, and mid-term plan)
• Perform deviation analysis and prepare related monthly reports
• Prepare revenue forecasts
• Support ad hoc requests
• Maintenance of FP&A tools and optimization of processes

• Business studies (focus on accounting / taxes) or sound commercial training, preferably with certification (e.g. accountant)
• 1 - 2 years of experience in financial accounting
• Very good user knowledge of common MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
• Experience with SAP or another ERP system is a strong asset
• Fluency in English, German an advantage
• Analytical and solution-oriented mindset and an independent way of working
• Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
