Development Industrialization Quality Production Leader For Footwear Component

• You coordinate the development and duplication plan for your component process scope.
• You set up technical files of your materials and make sure to guarantee the best quality.
• You optimize development cost and negotiate fair price of the products seasonally.
• You lead upper component innovation for your cpt process scope to be a game changer.

• You ensure the industrialization of your materials from sample to mass production.
• You ensure the first production batch to satisfy the technical requirements.

• You manage the continuous improvement of quality performance in suppliers.
• You coach and improve quality system in suppliers.
• You ensure your suppliers be autonomous and improve their performance continuously (Quality, Environment, social compliance, Chemical risk management).
• You anticipate the quality risk of your activities and implement corrective actions in a timely manner.
• You actively coach and react quality problem solving in T1 and T2 in order to guarantee on-time shipment.

• You have minimum 3-5 years experience in footwear material development & quality control, and experience in footwear finished goods is a big advantage.
• You are ready to make decisions and responsible for your decisions.
• You have leadership and supplier management skills.
• You are a motivational communicator and a good negotiator.
• You have experience in project management.
• You’re good at communication in English, Vietnamese and Chinese is a plus.
• You are passionate about sports.
• You used to work in international environment.
