- In conjunction with our F&B department managers, ensure all employee training is complete and up to date
- Manage the hiring flow and onboarding of all new employees
- Ability to coach and deliver disciplinary actions to subordinate managers, hourly supervisors, and hourly associates in conjunction with the associate's direct report.
- Complete invoicing tasks such as temporary employee invoice reconciliation, invoice logging for all F&B sales, compiling monthly invoicing, corporate billing reconciliation, and weekly payroll invoices
- Payroll Processing
- Assist with purchase order completion
- Generate temporary employee timecards and assist with inputting employee schedules in the employee time tracking system
- Input payables to corporate
- Process monthly food and alcohol inventory and spot check totals
- Acting employee liaison for corporate
- Additional duties as assigned
