- Development of strategic marketing plans and execution (i.e. announcements, program communications, global/regional/brand promotions, etc.) including cross-functional collaboration and agency management
- Develop and implement marketing communications to support strategic partnerships and business lines that meet stakeholder's goals and objectives
- Understand operational needs of marketing programs to effectively plan and execute campaigns and troubleshoot problems; understand and leverage data to assist in analyzing communication effectiveness
- Build and manage relationships with internal teams including data and analytics, email operations, digital, localization, brands, social, communications, etc. to effectively support project execution
- Understand the World of Hyatt brand and loyalty program and competitive landscape
- 7+ years of brand/marketing experience leading go-to-market campaigns from strategy to execution, noteworthy if inclusive of hospitality or travel and loyalty experience a plus
- Detailed understanding and experience with all marketing channels/tactics and ability to connect the dots strategically, creatively, and operationally
- Excellent communicator and collaborator and able to manage multiple cross-functional stakeholders at various levels
- Ability to manage multiple high-profile projects at once, with superior project management skills and can thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed organization
- Experience working with translations and global, and regional teams
- Self-motivated, resourceful, problem solver who is results-driven
- Innovative and forward-thinking, keeping up with the latest marketing and digital/social media trends and proactively incorporating new ideas
- Experience using first-party data to drive personalized content and marketing campaigns
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams
- Ability to lead from ideation to execution and link strategy to implementation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail being critical
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Advertising or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 products – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
