TO DOWe are seeking a skilled and experienced HSE Manager to oversee all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities within our industrial facility. The ideal candidate will promote a culture of safety, and drive continuous improvement in HSE practices ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Additionally, the HSE Manager will support facility projects, contributing to the enhancement and optimization of our site. In this role you will report to the Operations Director.Lead Safety CultureFoster a proactive safety culture through continuous communication, training, and engagement with employees at all levels.Ensure the facility complies with all local, national, and international HSE regulations. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.Develop, implement, and maintain HSE programs, policies, and procedures. Conduct training sessions to educate employees on safety protocols and best practices.Lead investigations of HSE incidents, root cause analysis, and corrective actions. Maintain detailed records and report findings to senior management.Conduct regular risk assessments and hazard analyses. Implement measures to minimize risks associated with industrial operations.Evaluate and optimize the working clothes and personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure maximum safety and comfort for employees.Assist in Facility enhancement projectsIncluding layout improvements, infrastructure upgrades, and the integration of new technologies to support operational efficiency and safety.Lead sustainability initiativesSupport the company towards a carbon light/free and circular activity.Management and optimization of solar panels, EV charging stations, waste, and water treatment management; oversee waste management programs to ensure proper disposal and recycling of materials, minimizing environmental impact. Manage and maintain the facility’s water treatment systems to ensure compliance with environmental standards and the availability of clean and safe water.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for improvement in HSE practices and lead projects aimed at enhancing safety and environmental performance.TO BEYou have a Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field and minimum 5 years of experience in an HSE role within an industrial environment.A Level 2 Prevention Advisor certification is mandatory.You have in-depth knowledge of HSE regulations, risk management, waste management, and sustainability practices.You show outstanding analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
