- Manage end-to-end pipeline, including managing correspondences with prospects, proactively updating Salesforce, creating SOWs and proposal decks, leading vendor onboarding, and completing knowledge transfers to delivery teams
- Collaborate daily with Strategic Alliances, Marketing, and Practice team members at Clearsulting as well as Kyriba sales executives
- Create strategic and tactical plans to create leads at prospective accounts. Identify opportunities where Clearsulting service offerings can support prospective client initiatives
- Lead pursuit efforts on identified opportunities including scoping, pursuit strategy, negotiations, closing, etc.
- Create sales collateral to support end-to-end pursuit cycles
- Create awareness about Clearsulting, build relationships with key executives, and develop/pursue leads
- Drive the process of working with teams to identify, qualify, and win opportunities
- Influence decision-makers at the highest levels within accounts
- Leverage network and executive level relationships to introduce Clearsulting at prospective accounts
- Create, drive, and support sales strategies and marketing campaigns
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects and tasks while setting stakeholder expectations and meeting deadlines
- Build relationships with prospective companies. Initiate and nurture relationships at target accounts
- Report on pipeline to key stakeholders on a weekly basis
- Collaborate with Clearsulting Client Relationships to support account expansion for strategic accounts
- Work with Business Operations to ensure all quals and other pursuit documents are up to date and inventoried
- Participate in annual Alliance Sales Kick Off (SKO)
- Consistently follow all firm policies and guidance
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field of study
- Familiarity with Kyriba or similar Treasury Management Systems (TMS); 1+ Kyriba certification and/or implementation of these systems is a plus
- 3+ years of sales or business development experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent PowerPoint skills
- Highly organized and adept at managing pipeline in Salesforce
- Self-motivated and eager to work in and further enable a high-growth environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong leadership skills and executive presence
- Effective organizational skills and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
