- Develop successful business acquisition strategies for meetings, social events and corporate accommodation business
- Maintenance of conference & corporate database of key contacts/clients.
- Actively develop customer relationships and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through fostering strong relationships
- Pro-actively manage a small account base with the target to drive new business from these accounts
- Work closely with the Conference and Events Coordinator to convert conference enquiries and ensure a successful event for your clients
- Working closely with the General Manager and Portfolio Director of Sales and Marketing on strategies for the hotel, restaurant and event spaces.
- Experience utilising multiple mediums to communicate and build relationships with clients
- Confidence with selling accommodation, event and outlet spaces within the Hotel
- A hunger to convert business, a professional who is driven by results
- Strong focus and passion for hotel operations, hospitality & travel
- Great interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with all levels of colleagues, customers and clients and across a broad range of mediums
