Pizza Chef wanted, kindly refer to detailed description.Duties will include: 1.Ensures cooking stations are sanitized and prepped with necessary tools 2. Prepares and stores pizza dough 3. Prepares pizza sauces 4. Orders supplies, maintains inventory, creates budgets to ensure profitable food cost 5. Trains other cooks in the preparation process so all meals are uniform 6. Checks quality of pizzas before they’re served to guests 7. Performs regular maintenance on kitchen equipment 8. Collaborates with staff on menu items 9. Resolves customer complaints with diplomacy 10. Makes sure the kitchen is clean and sanitizedProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.Competencies

Maintain and clean work station and kitchen utensils
Package and label preparations and products (production and use-by dates). Store them in cold store, pantry...
Mix ingredients for pancake batter or pizza dough. Knead and turn dough
Shape/design/garnish pizza crust. Bake pizza in the oven
Rest dough and pieces of dough. Monitor fermentation
Receive and check goods. Store goods in cold-storage room or pantry
Hand order to customer (on plate, in take-away container, on serving tray...)
Draw up recipes for pizzas, pancakes...
