- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for business development opportunities.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the management team
- Arrange and participate in meetings with prospects to present our products/services and discuss solutions
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects, understand their needs and pain points, and articulate how our solutions can address their challenges.
- Pipeline Management: Manage and update CRM system with accurate lead and account information, track interactions, and report on sales activity and performance metrics.
- Collaborates effectively with internal stakeholders to build capability and business growth.
- Experience in customer service or in new business development roles.
- Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one (training and support provided)
- Possess strong leadership and organisational skills
- Proficient and comfortable in the use of CRM or sales tracking systems
- Proficient in basic computer skills
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
