Senior Director - Wellness Programming and Communications

- Assist the client’s Wellness Leadership in establishing a coherent wellness vision and strategies that will result in improving the health and resilience of the employee population
- Coordinate marketing and communication efforts with client’s internal communication team to ensure adherence to the client’s branding requirements and communication protocols
- Assess population needs to develop appropriate wellness programming based on feedback from employees and client’s designated wellness leads
- Manage delivery of wellness program utilizing health vendor partners and client offerings and resources
- Monitor, track, forecast, and analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Develop concise and detailed bi-annual reports that accurately reflect the status of programs and achievement of key targets
- Oversee collection and collation of Benefits and Wellness programs and initiatives across regions
- Manage administration and delivery of ad-hoc programs based on request requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health promotion, marketing, exercise science, or a related field
- At least three years of management experience
- Minimum five years of work experience in business or health management
- Strong interpersonal skills and solid business acumen
- Strategic thinking skills relative to design and delivery of wellness programming in the corporate environment
- Demonstrated leadership success; evidence of guiding a team to goal attainment
- Experience in reporting, trend analysis, and communicating at an executive level
- Effective and engaging public speaking and presentation skills with clients.
- Competence with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
- Preferred but not required:
- Additional senior management experience and/or degree in related field
- Thorough knowledge of health, fitness, nutrition, exercise, and other wellness principles
- Experience in contract management
- Knowledge of internal business, protocols, and systems
