The role reports directly to General Manager and is part of a team based from the elegant voco St. John's hotel in Solihull (B91 1AT).As our Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:- Taking charge of day-to-day finance operations, managing hotel finances in alignment with the budgets- Recording, collecting, analysing and verifying numerical data, maintaining accurate accounting records for the hotel- Ensuring precise capturing, recording and timely collection of all revenue in compliance with accounting policies and procedures- Serving as primary support for the Hotel General Manager in directing financial activities, contributing significantly to strategic decision-makingYou will supervise a small team of 2 individuals, guiding them through daily financial operations as the final accounting will be orchestrated by the Head Office Finance Team.Full details of the role will be discussed with the shortlisted candidates.
