The Dining Room Manager will provide hands on dining room management of all front of house serving staff. Our restaurant and cafe function in a similar way to a hotel or private club restaurant and/or cafe.Qualifications:
  • Provide hiring, training, leadership, counseling, and oversight of all serving staff
  • Participate directly in daily operations: managing, serving, cleaning under the direction of the Director of Dining Services
  • Responsible for overall front of house operations to ensure a memorable dining experience
  • Work as a team with the other kitchen staff, overlapping responsibilities as needed to ensure exceptional service to residents and guests
Education & Experience
  • High school diploma or GED or the equivalent education, training, and experience
  • Minimum of two (2) years restaurant / senior living or equivalent serving and staff management
