- Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions.
- Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software.
- Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs.
- Identify and report system issues to vendors. Monitor and test resolution of those issues sent to vendors
- Assist with inventory check-in, storage room maintenance and recycling of old hardware.
- Other duties as requested.
- High school Diploma
- 6 months or more technical experience either through school or work.
- Ability to lift 15-44lbs.
- Ability to work onsite at GOBI, 40 hours a week
- Ability to work remotely
- Previous technical internship experience
- Currently enrolled in a collegiate IT and or MIS degree program
- Tech savvy, enjoys working with people and computers.
- Ability to work autonomously in a very fast paced environment.
