And that has a huge impact on the health of our planet, with 10% of greenhouse gas emissions coming from food waste.We're more than an app: we are a certified B Corporation with a mission to empower everyone to take action against food waste, so alongside our marketplace app, we create educational tools, explore new business solutions - such as our Retail Technologies offering, and influence legislation to help reduce food waste.We're growing fast: Our community of 95 million registered users and 220,000 active partners across 18 countries, have together already prevented 332+ million meals from going to waste - avoiding over 898,000 tonnes of CO2e!Your missionAs a Solution Architect you will be in the first line when talking technical integrations and solutions with our Key Account Partners, either in a sales scenario with our Sales Engineering Team, or with a Partner Manager. You must know our current solutions and help our partners integrate into our Platform.You will be responsible for communication, planning, and coordinating technical integration projects. You will work closely with our Key Account Production teams to make sure our Partners have the right solutions, resolve technical issues, and help the partners use our current solutions.The Solution Architect is a new role in our organisation, and you will help shape the future of how we use this role to strengthen our Key Account Partner solutions. You will report directly to the Engineering Lead of our one of Key Account Teams which currently handles Partner Integrations, and together you will find the best way to utilise your new role.The Role
  • Help our partners to use our solutions
  • Be the first contact for our partners to support our solutions
  • Find the right solution for our partners
Requirements
  • Good communication skills (you will talk to our partners/clients)
  • Working with dozens of partners in parallel
  • Stakeholder management
  • Enhanced IT knowledge (but no coding skills required)
  • Basic SQL skills, knowing relational databases and how to query them
  • Understanding the concept behind Single Sign-On
  • Understanding the purpose of APIs
  • Ability to understand and explain complex flows
  • Knowing various structured data formats like CSV and XLS
  • Planning skills to meet deadlines
Desirable Skills
  • Deeper SSO/SAML/SCIM knowledge
  • Knowing what's needed to connect to a FTP server
  • Knowing REST API and JSON
  • Able to understand the business needs of our partners
  • Able to assist partners in planning and communicating internally
  • Will feel ownership of the integration process of each partner
