- Find the right solution for our partners
- Good communication skills (you will talk to our partners/clients)
- Working with dozens of partners in parallel
- Stakeholder management
- Enhanced IT knowledge (but no coding skills required)
- Basic SQL skills, knowing relational databases and how to query them
- Understanding the concept behind Single Sign-On
- Understanding the purpose of APIs
- Ability to understand and explain complex flows
- Knowing various structured data formats like CSV and XLS
- Planning skills to meet deadlines
- Deeper SSO/SAML/SCIM knowledge
- Knowing what's needed to connect to a FTP server
- Knowing REST API and JSON
- Able to understand the business needs of our partners
- Able to assist partners in planning and communicating internally
- Will feel ownership of the integration process of each partner
