Job Description:The Training Coordinator is responsible for tracking, updating, and entering training data into the system of record. The Training Coordinator will also be responsible for reporting the status of departmental training programs through electronic weekly and monthly reports. The Training Coordinator will be required to audit various aspects of the project's craft training programs including but not limited to documents, processes, proctors, and instructors, to ensure consistency and identify areas needing improvement. The Training Coordinator is required to initiate, develop, and maintain relationships within the Talent Development department, as well as with craft leadership, project leadership, and all levels of field personnel and other support craft departments.Responsibilities:The Training Coordinator is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and overall administration of the trainings at the PLNG jobsite . The training coordinator is responsible for collaborating with site leadership, project, and department staff to assist in:· Identifying and scheduling all training opportunities· Identifying personnel that will participate in training, as well as the equipment and locations that will be used to conduct the training. This may be internal or external to the project or Zachry.Qualifications:Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Access or other relational database program
  • Industrial construction experience
  • Knowledge and experience with instructional design
  • Previous training experience

Physical Requirements
  • Employee will be required to adhere to large amounts of sitting.
  • Will talk and hear to communicate.
  • Will use arms and hands to signal, grab, hold, turn, push, and pull: objects, materials, controls and tools.
  • May be required to lift, carry and move up to 50lbs.
  • Must be able to pass a visual acuity assessment.
  • Must be able to use fingers in precise coordinated movements.
  • Must have good dexterity in arms, legs, hands, and feet.
  • Will be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses/goggles, ear plugs/muffs, masks/respirators, safety vests, gloves and leather work boots.
