Job Description:1.Accounting and review of Fixed Assets includes monitoring/review of CWIP, capitalization, depreciation calculation & related schedules.2.Accounting and other activities relating to take over plants/companies.3.Preparation of monthly reports for business and FP & A Team4.Interaction with the auditors and resolution of open items.5.Interaction with Business Project team.6.Knowledge of lease accounting Project System Accounting (Opening and Closing of Projects)7.Perform monthly inactivity review for Capital Projects8.Perform Fixed Assets Reconciliations and schedules in IFRS9.Follow up on Asset Master Changes and Execute Depreciation Runs.10.Support Auditors and Controllers with Fixed Assets Reporting11.Perform SOX Controls in the area of Fixed Assets12.Assist on ad hoc requests from various stakeholders.
