We provide a wide array of HVAC services for homes and business structures alike. Including installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance services. We are looking for a residential new construction HVAC Installer to join our team!You must have a strong background in residential, light commercial (Split systems, package units, mini splits), as well as duct fabrication. Installation experience is required.Pay: Up to $32.00/hour, depending on experienceBenefits: Supplemental Accident Insurance, Vacation, Holiday, Tool Account Program, Company Uniform, Company Vehicle, Costco membership, In-House Training & Certification Program - company paid, 3% IRA match, Company paid Cell phone and tablet, Defined Career Path, other spiffs, and incentives.Work Hours: 7:30 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Friday (Weekends, Overtime, and Evenings on occasion).Position Summary: To install/replace heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, providing the customer with a high-quality installation and experience. Supervise the work of other installers, ensuring high quality and timely job performance.Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience
Valid Driver's license & Insurable driving record
Pass background and drug screen
Valid EPA Certification
Basic understanding of more complex sheet metal fittings
Operate company vehicle daily
Maintain professional appearance and attitude at all times
Ability to measure duct work and install all equipment accessories
Follow directions as given, written and verbal
Must be able to communicate well with supervisors, homeowners, builders, and other trades
