We're hiring a Make Ready/Grounds Technician for an Overland Park property, with occasional assignments in Olathe and Gardner.Responsibilities include efficiently restoring vacated apartments to "market ready" status, as per the Regional Maintenance Manager's schedule. Additionally, this role entails maintaining the property's exterior by removing litter, debris, and pet waste, as well as ensuring upkeep of hallways and completing trash-outs of vacant units. Other duties may include assisting with maintenance tickets and tasks assigned by the Regional Maintenance Manager or Community Manager.Experience & Requirements
1-2 years of relevant experience in the multi-family industry preferred
Valid Driver's License
