Location: NIBM, Pune Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a B2B Retail Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating sales from retail apparel stores specializing in kids' apparel. You will primarily engage in field sales, visiting retail shops, and effectively explaining our products to potential clients. Responsibilities: 1. Conduct regular visits to retail apparel stores in the Pune area to promote and sell our kids' apparel products. 2. Build and maintain strong relationships with retail shop owners and decision-makers. 3. Provide detailed product demonstrations and explanations to potential clients, highlighting features, benefits, and advantages. 4. Understand the needs and preferences of retail customers and tailor product presentations accordingly. 5. Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory. 6. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding market reach. 7. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth. 8. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates. Requirements: 1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B retail sales within the apparel industry. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to speak Hindi and Marathi fluently. 4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. 5. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory. 8. Minimum of 6 months of relevant sales experience.
