Job Description: To expand sales in the business of Motor Vehicle Industry in Chennai region by preparing and applying customer oriented solutions based on our portfolio. As a part of developing both the technical and budget proposal it will be your task to lead negotiations. To help you reach successful sales you will work in close collaboration with fellow team members as well as other stakeholders. In this role, your responsibilities are: JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Implement actions that result in sustainable profitable growth and are in line with overall company goals & objectives. Develop and promote customer relationships with the objective of gaining a clear understanding of their needs. Building an effective business relationship with key accounts at all levels and promote SMART INTEGRATED PARTNERSHIP to enhance our Brand Image. New product introduction into the market with a key focus on SUSTAINABILITY Organizing and managing regular and sustained marketing campaigns and promotional activities. Manage and develop the sales of ChP's in the assigned territory. Effective use of SALESFORCE, including the timely recordings of visit, action reports and analysis of sales performance against budget. To maintain clear records on receivables & ensure timely follow up with customer to ensure least outstanding. Transformations & WTL to identify legacy applications & convert them to new age solutions. Market intelligence: Update the DATA on all Competition Activity e.g. pricing / Product / Organizational Changes etc. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Industrial sales of technically advanced products. Good business insight and a proven track record of leading, coordinating and completing various successful sales projects will be an added advantage. Knowledge of our products would be preferred. Education: You hold a Bachelor degree of Engineering We also consider Engineering with a Master in Business Administration We are looking for a Topflight candidate who is: Collaborative: You maintain great social skills with an understanding of building network and relationships with several functions at customer as well as your internal stakeholders i.e. the projects, service and support team. You are passionate about finding ways to reach out to your customer and are comfortable to learn at all platforms Resourceful: You have good problem solving skills and find innovative solutions that improves our business. You possess structured knowledge of Product, Market, Customers, and competitors' activities. Entrepreneurial: You are confident to take actions and test new ideas to take our business to the next level. Result oriented and persistent in approach.
