The Apple Service Engineering(ASE) team builds and provides systems and infrastructure that fuel Apple's services (such as iCloud, iTunes, Siri, and Maps). The Systems SRE organization designs, develops and operates Fleet Management Services including core infrastructure to provide fast, secure and reliable data center infrastructure at scale for individual workloads or entire platforms to build uponKey Qualifications Key Qualifications
  • Experience with distributed systems
  • Demonstrable success leading engineering teams; ideally SRE or Production Engineering
  • Knowledge of core operating system principles, networking fundamentals, and systems management
  • Understanding of SRE principals, including monitoring, alerting, error budgets, fault analysis, and other common reliability engineering concepts
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and containerization
  • Proficient in at least one of Python, Golang or Java
