The Role's Key Responsibilities and TasksAs an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As a Senior Paid Media Specialist in the Online Marketing you will be in charge of:
  • Ideate and implement online marketing campaigns across Paid Social, Display and Video advertisement networks for all eDreams ODIGEO brands and products;
  • Monitorand optimize the campaign performance to ensure campaign targets are met (sales, cost per sale, ROAS, brand awareness, reach, etc) through continuous optimization;
  • Ideate and execute A/B testing for creatives, landing pages, targeting and other relevant dimensions;
  • Collaborate with the internal creative team as well as external creative agencies to ensure creatives do align to the requirements from publishers;
  • Collaborate with providers (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) in order to maximise the full potential of each platform/media (testing new features, digesting new data, etc);
  • Create new/improve current best practices and document processes for campaign launch and ongoing optimization.

  • Deep understanding and hands-on experience in managing one or more media buying platforms among Meta and YouTube/Google. Other platforms are nice to have: TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc;
  • Strong understanding of display and video performance metrics and industry best practices;
  • Truly curious and passionate about online marketing. Willing to help creating and nurture a best-in-class marketing organization. We are looking for people that really want to be the best at digital advertising and want to know each media inside out;
  • Good analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data to generate insights that can drive optimization decisions and new strategies;
  • Self driven to achieve, results and ability to work in teams;
  • Good level of English you shuld be able to tell a story from the data, communicate information around campaigns and have relevant conversation with the team and the stakeholders;
