Airstream Las Vegas seeks a motivated and experienced RV Lot Attendant/Porter to play an important role in supporting our sales, service, and customer satisfaction operations. The successful candidate will provide personal attention and impeccable customer service as they assist customers while managing the RV lot.Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate of $15 to $17 per hours based on experience level

- Inspect and clean newly arrived RVs before they are placed in the RV Lot and maintained them in proper order
- Ensure the safe maneuvering of the RVs within the dealership, monitor and reduce risks to accidents
- Accurately keep records of incoming and outgoing RVs and ensure proper documentation
- Receive customer inquiries and provide them with prompt support
- Check for and address any service needs and arrange post inspection maintenance of incoming RVs
- Assist in the preparation and loading of RVs for deliveries
- Maintain the RV lot and service area in a neat, clean, and orderly condition
- Assist with the arrangement of customer pick ups and drop offs
- Provide support with take-offs and the installation of options and accessories as requested
- Process service and parts orders
- Demonstrate and practice being a team player at all times
- Previous experience as an RV Lot Attendant/Porter or a related role in the RV industry
- Ability to accurately keep records of incoming and outgoing RVs and to ensure proper documentation
- Knowledge of the maintenance and repairs of RVs
- Possess an Excellent customer service aptitude and professional attitude
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and demonstrate manual dexterity for various operations
- Ability to manipulate large vehicles such as trailers and fifth-wheels in a safe and proficient manner
- Good organizational skills, communication skill,s and ability to multi-task
- Be willing to take direction and work as part of a team
