Purchases scrap metal materials in accordance with current market conditions based on pricing standards/models established by Company policy
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Develops the growth of business activities and profit with assigned accounts
Maintains accurate records of all buying/sourcing and prospecting activities including closed sales and follow-up activities
What You'll Need
1-3 years business or operations experience (can include intern experience)
Entry-level work experience in people or project supervision, sales, operations, and/or customer service is a plus
Willingness to relocate at the end of the program if the next opportunity is at a different location
Leadership skills in professional, educational, and/or social experiences
Buying/selling skill and product knowledge
Ability and willingness to work in all areas of the business
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Sense of teamwork as well as independent initiative required
Must be able to travel within assigned region and other areas as needed
Must have effective listening and verbal skills to identify important information and to engage with internal and external customers
Your Education
Bachelors degree preferred
