Licensed Clinician (Bilingual)

• Conduct regular appointments with patients (in ENG or SPA) who wish to receive therapy with a licensed mental health professional.
• Establish positive and trusting relationships with patients.
• Implement various treatments and protocols to provide guidance and appropriately address patient situations.
• Continually assess patient situations and provide the proper ongoing treatments.
• Collaborate with the client(s) to create a treatment plan that outlines the therapeutic goals, strategies, and interventions to address the client's concerns and support their well-being.
• Regular reviews and updates to the treatment plan are required.
• Educate and involve family members or other loved ones in the treatment process when necessary.
• Record and maintain timely, adequate, accurate, and good notes about patient visits in our electronic medical record system.
• When required, refer the patient to outside sources or agencies that can better address their specific needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of each and every client situation.
• Maintain all required licenses and the appropriate insurance.
• Implement couples counseling interventions and have experience working with couples and individuals.

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a must.
• Meet all necessary state license requirements for NJ.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to actively listen.
• Solid relationship-building capabilities.
• A positive and compassionate attitude.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize needs.
• Willingness to stay updated on new treatments, protocols, and licensure requirements within the field.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Location: Hybrid (Virtual and In-Person).

• Competitive rates are set by the practice.
• Administrative support.
• LSW/LAC: Fee Rates: $60-$80.00.
• LCSW/LPC/LMFT: Fee Rates: $62.50-$125.00.
• Minimum of 7 clients per week.
• Supervision: LAC and LSW: Group and individual supervision is provided at no extra cost to you.
• LSW/LAC: Must see a minimum of 10 clients per week in order to qualify for free supervision.
• EHR and Marketing are provided free of charge by practice.

• Flexible schedule: 7 hours minimum. Make your own schedule.
• Any shifts available; evenings and weekends are welcome.

• Master's (Required).
• Experience in couples/marriage counseling is a plus.
