Finance Executive

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/ Banking or equivalent.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Accounting software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Familiar with ERP system will be an added advantage.
• Required language(s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English (Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients.)

• Responsible for day-to-day accounting operations of daily cash flow monitoring, accounts receivable/ payable, processes invoices, records payments, tracking expenses and all other accounting related activities.
• Knowledgeable in sales tax declaration, company tax exemption or deduction rules. Familiar with Bonded operation is an added advantage.
• Comply with accounting standards, group policies, and government statutory requirements.
• Responsible for handling general ledger operations (non-trade AP, regular journal entry, general ledger details, etc.)
• Responsible for government-related statistical report declaration
• Ensure all accounting records (AP, AR, RRPT, Journals and etc) are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system.
• Responsible to handle all audit matters - prepare audit schedule, compiling information for audit purpose, drafting of auditor report and any other related matters.
• Maintain effective liaison with external parties - auditors, tax agents, bankers and other relevant parties.
• Handle ad-hoc duties assigned/ any other accounting duties as assigned from time to time.
