- Manage the hardware/software product lifecycle
- Maintain the product catalog to ensure organizational compliance
- Ensure accuracy of data synchronizations into Asset Management database
- Ensure quality control of all IT assets
- Generate quotes based on expiring/expired IT assets
- Generate SOWs for renewal-based engagements
- Ensure all product sales are within agreed-upon Company profit margins
- Assist in quote creation
- Purchase hardware/software from designated vendors
- Oversee product tracking process
- Effective communicate purchasing updates to internal staff
- Maintain vendor/partner relations
- Generate deal registrations (when applicable)
- Other duties as assigned
- Understand the context/initiatives of project(s)
- Plan, organize, and execute project goals in relation to timelines and budgets
- Provide communication of project status(es) to internal/external stakeholders
- Manage/coordinate internal project resources
- Oversee change management process, as related to hardware/software
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related discipline or equivalent work experience
- 1-3 years full-time experience in an office setting
- Business-minded individual with interest in business operations
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and multi-task effectively.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams)
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management within the organization
