- Identify and assess the need for process and system enhancements, contributing to their continuous improvement by transparent prioritisation, working with the business to define specific benefits that underpin business cases.
- Facilitation of workshops that enable collaboration and consistency across the PFG Group.
- Maintain relationships with specified business units, ensuring documented business processes are always current.
- Maintain a future-focussed roadmap, ensuring alignment with vendor releases and business process improvement.
- Deliver agreed outcomes by coordinating and managing resources effectively.
- Work with the business to resolve issues where a fit for purpose gap has been identified.
- Contribute as a leader on UAT activities, ensuring outcomes have traceability back to business requirements.
- Deliver system walkthrough presentations, i.e. showcasing Microsoft D365's capabilities and how they enable business requirements.
- Deliver training as required to business stakeholders and IT resources, ensuring clarity of roles and responsibilities.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Extensive feature delivery knowledge in a complex wholesale/distribution business.
- Product Ownership experience of Microsoft ERP, integrations, and vendors in the Auto/AG industry.
- Excellent understanding of process mapping.
- Data governance experience.
- Outstanding planning and organisational ability.
- Strong business relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Analytical ability and sound judgement.
- Flexibility, adaptability & willingness to take on a wide range of tasks.
