- Support the implementation of marketing and communications strategies for the hotel and its outlets to create a cohesive and integrated marketing platform supporting hotel performance goals.
- Content development and management for hotel website, social media channels, and other digital platforms
- Support the management and engagement of the hotel social channels through content development, strategy, UGC management and community management. Work alongside Marketing and Public Relations Manager and Digital Marketing Team to ensure participation and alignment on all brand campaigns, content development, and postings.
- Support online presence and reputation management through profile management and engagement.
- Play a key role in content development and digital asset management including creative photos and videos.
- Create internal print and digital assets including but not limited to newsletters, menus, signage, flyers, etc.
- Liaise with restaurant, spa, other departments and partners.
- Assists with coordination of media and influencer visits handling reservations, itinerary and operational details.
- Assist with planning and executing photo and video shoots, promotional and other special events.
- Maintain vendor relationships and support projects like printing, graphic design, and digital displays
- Maintain the marketing calendar, prepare weekly/monthly/yearly reports.
- Assist with presentation materials for sales, marketing and PR meetings.
- Support coordination of community workdays and volunteer commitments on behalf of the hotel.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in lifestyle or luxury hospitality
- Passion for the mission and values of 1 Hotels, with general knowledge of sustainability issues
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, administrative, and technical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and service/hospitality orientation
- Team player willing to pitch in to support colleagues in all areas
- Flexibility to work a varying schedule to reflect the business needs of the hotel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite preferred
- Photography and videography experience
- Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills
- Knowledge in graphic design and digital marketing
