- Accounting for P&L and actively overseeing of regional business results in Europe.
- Setting regional product strategy and 5-year product roadmap in partnership with the Global Business Director.
- Executing an Annual Operating Plan (AOP+) for product line.
- Setting price and managing price realization across segments through situational pricing actions.
- Making tactical supply chain decisions.
- Drives growth and profitability through product line management by cascading in-year financial and volume targets (i.e., sub region, customer grouping) and optimizing volume allocations on a monthly / quarterly basis.
- Manages price realization by executing price increase announcements or rollouts for area of responsibility and communicating pricing trends, price increases / justifications and other information to key relationship stakeholders.
- Working closely with the product analyst team, utilizes analytics to identify incremental value add opportunities both within and outside of region of responsibility. Works with other regional product managers.
- Implements new and modified pricing tools and processes in region.
- Delivers on AOP and actively participates in budget and supply/demand meetings.
- Surfaces project ideas for cost initiatives with plant, sourcing, and supply chain.
- Align with the Global Business Director in exercising oversight of the EMEA business.
- Align with the Global Business Director in setting the product strategy, 5-years product roadmap, and the execution of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP);
- Consult with the Director Manufacturing in carrying out any tactical supply chain decisions.
- Consult with the Global Business Director in driving growth and profitability.
- Responsible for identifying productivity and incremental value add opportunities as supported by the Business Analysts.
- Coordinate with the Director Procurement and the Director Manufacturing in developing project ideas for cost initiatives as also supported by the site director for the EMEA plants.
- Ability to successfully implement P&L decisions across organizational boundaries.
