- Plating Evaluation and Acceptance
- Lube Evaluation and Acceptance
- Visual Inspection and Acceptance
- Hardness Evaluation and Acceptance
- Prepare, Load and Evaluate samples for salt spray testing
- Prepare, Load and Evaluate samples for salt spray testing high humidity testing
- Supporting Quality in the recall of gages and tools
- Perform receiving inspection
- Review of 3rd Party Certification of Compliance Documentation
- Review of Heat Treatment Records/Charts
- Prepare and load samples onto hardness testing equipment for evaluation and acceptance
- Prepare and load samples onto XRF plating analyzer for evaluation and acceptance
- Prepare quality documentation including but not limited to lab reports and logbooks for product acceptance
- Prepare non-conformance reports for Quality and Engineering evaluation
- Use hand tooling such as micrometers, microscopes, calipers, and thread gages
- Use sampling plans, drawings, work instructions, industry standards and specification to verify conformance of product acceptance.
- Other duties and/or responsibilities may be performed as part of cross-training or employee development plan.

- Supporting Quality in the recall of gages and tools
- Review of Manufacturing Router
- Prepare quality documentation including but not limited to dimensional inspection reports and logbooks for product acceptance
- Prepare non-conformance reports for Quality and Engineering evaluation
- Use hand tooling such as micrometers, microscopes, calipers, and thread gages
- Use sampling plans, drawings, work instructions, industry standards and specification to verify conformance of product acceptance.
- Other duties and/or responsibilities may be performed as part of cross-training or employee development plan.
- Basic computer skills for entering and accessing databases and spreadsheets
- Three years related quality experience or training in accordance with the defined skills training matrix progression; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
- Must be able to lift/move 30 lbs. (may not exceed per EHS policies)
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Prior experience in a Quality Inspector and/or Lab position
