- Ensuring the services are implemented and project deliverables have been fully delivered by Moser, conforming to what has been contractually agreed between client as well monitoring the delivery of services against agreed schedule, quality, scope, and budget.
- Lead regularly scheduled internal meetings as well as status meetings with the client and document feedback.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Act as the main point of contact for all client service delivery matters.
- Ensure all service delivery activities comply with regulatory requirements and meet quality standards.
- Provide regular reports to management on service delivery performance, client satisfaction, and process improvements.
- Communicate additional opportunities that are identified with a client to business development and actively assist team in growing the opportunity.
- Continuously improve delivery processes, procedures, and technologies to increase operational efficiencies and service quality.
- Identify potential risks in service delivery processes and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Proven experience in service delivery management, preferably in a managed services environment or related sector.
- Understanding of IT service management (ITSM) frameworks.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in risk management and conflict resolution.
- In-depth understanding of business development practices and the ability to identify new opportunities.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or service delivery (e.g., ITIL) are preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a service delivery role.
