Pricing stream: Particularly responsible for settings new frameworks of revenue management, to accelerate the implementation of group wide pricing models and to support the set-up of pricing corridors and guidelines, for existing and new product portfolios.Distribution stream: Particularly responsible for settings new frameworks to increase the saturation of our existing distribution network, to accelerate the diversification of our product portfolio & offer, to address new/future channels, and to gain expertise in distribution overall.Manages all project steps from scoping & planning with the Sponsor, executing with the Project Team, monitoring & reporting with the Copil, and deploying within Business Units, thanks to a set of strong planning, organising, coordinating and priority-setting skills.Also responsible for identifying & sharing best practices across the Business Units to ensure greater success factors.STRATEGIC· Set the standards for a commercial excellence
· Proposes new segments and/or channels to be addressed
· Proposes new price positioning and pricing corridors to be implemented
· Identify and implement new sales optimization driven & added-value projects group-wideOPERATIONAL· Maps the market structure and identifies new/future distribution channels and partners;
· Identifies opportunities for campaigns, added value services, products, leading to revenue and profitability increase;
· Builds frameworks of new B2B trade activities, dealers incentives programs, sell-out campaigns;
· Set-ups a signage and certification program for on- and off-line dealers/resellers/workshops;
· Proposes adjustments to be made to the CRM to support a closer-to-market approach;
· Support BU's and HQ Digital team to generate and address win-win use cases;
· Undertakes the segmentation of our customers base according to specific criteria's;
· Maps the pricing structure and identifies challenges and opportunities of profitability increase;
· Proposes, defines and sets up pricing corridors whilst monitoring gaps as well as compliance ratios;
· Sets up measurement tools to analyze/evaluate the performance of our current distribution and price positioning;
· Develops, improves, implements dashboards & analytic tools for internal and external price monitoring with relevant stakeholders;
· Develops the company's selling/value propositions and USP's/differentiators together with HQ Product / Design to Cost teams;
· Sets-up knowledge database of market know-how, internal best practices and external/competition benchmark;
· Defines specific processes & tools to gain efficiency in the dealing with Global/Transversal Accounts;ProfilEducation / Qualification:Bachelor or Masters' Degree preferably in Sales, Marketing or ManagementExperience needed:+3 to 5 years' experience in market / business / pricing analyst role
Experience in international project managementLanguage:(1) French: Full / Business proficiency mandatory
(2) English: Business proficiency mandatory
(3) Additional languages are a plusIT Knowledge:(1) Microsoft Office: Proficiency
(2) SAP / MsDynamics / PowerBI: Knowledge
