Assistant General Manager - New Restaurant

• $70-80K/YR

• 2+ years’ experience as a manager in a high volume environment, experience in a new store opening (preferred)
• Knowledge of managing a very seasonal business - flexing up dramatically for the summer months and tightening belts in the winter
• A strong understanding of systems, both operational and developmental/training
• Excellent communication skills both with your team and with operational leadership
• Strong financial / business acumen and understanding of food safety standards, DOH regulations
• A willingness to get your hands dirty - this is a very active job, leading the team by example every day
• Ability to handle shellfish / tolerate exposure to shellfish allergen
