Job DescriptionAssistant General Manager - ProvincetownWe are currently looking for a qualified Assistant General Manager to head FOH operations. Support the General Manager in leading and developing a team to success in this high-volume, full-service location. We are a founder-run, mission-driven organization with a fun, supportive atmosphere, but we take our food and guest service seriously.Compensation & Benefits
  • $70-80K/YR

Qualifications
  • 2+ years' experience as a manager in a high volume environment, experience in a new store opening (preferred)
  • Knowledge of managing a very seasonal business - flexing up dramatically for the summer months and tightening belts in the winter
  • A strong understanding of systems, both operational and developmental/training
  • Excellent communication skills both with your team and with operational leadership
  • Strong financial / business acumen and understanding of food safety standards, DOH regulations
  • A willingness to get your hands dirty - this is a very active job, leading the team by example every day
  • Ability to handle shellfish / tolerate exposure to shellfish allergen
