- Provide desktop support for both onsite and remote employees, resolving technical issues promptly and effectively.
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation and security.
- Develop and maintain in-house applications to improve workflow and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and support new technologies.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, performing upgrades and installations as needed.
- Document processes, procedures, and configurations for reference and training purposes.
- High School Diploma and 3+ years of experience in desktop support, network administration, and application development, (some college preferred).
- Proficiency in network technologies such as routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Strong understanding of Windows environments.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation.
- Knowledge of database management systems (SQL, MySQL, etc.) for application development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, MCSA, CCNA) are a plus.
- Familiarity with NASA security policies, procedures, and standards is a significant plus.
- Strong understanding of information security principles, frameworks, and best practices.
