- Develop goals and standards to include those that support the DoDEA Community Strategic Plan.
- Develop reports, filters or queries, etc., and retrieve and present data.
- Assess the system wide effectiveness in the defined program area(s) by monitoring the implementation of curriculum/performance standards.
- Utilize student information application software systems that support the collection, maintenance and reporting of K-12 school and district educational management data.
- Train administrators, teachers, specialists and other educators in the use of the student information systems and provides information to the District Superintendents regarding program needs, status, and recommendations for improvements.
- Prioritize all District student information services projects in collaboration with Headquarters Information Technology Student Information Systems personnel to include both short and long-term timelines.

- You will be required to sign a mobility agreement, be available for worldwide placement, and be willing to rotate to any DoDDS or DDESS location.
- Instructional design practices: Study of the principles and techniques used in designing training programs, developing design strategy and models, and applying design methods to the improvement of instructional effectiveness.
- Educational evaluation: Study of the techniques for evaluating the effectiveness of instructional/educational programs, including developing written and performance tests and survey instruments, and determining reliability and validity of evaluation instruments.
- Instructional product development: Study of the techniques appropriate for developing training materials, including identifying learner characteristics, specifying objectives, applying training strategy, validating training materials, and evaluating training.

2. The foreign institution that awarded the degree is on a list endorsed by a regionally accredited university or on a list endorsed by a state department of education for the purpose of teacher certification in that state (this procedure will require an English translation of the transcript and a copy of the document awarding the degree, together with an authenticated list produced by an American university or a state department of education); and

The work may be evaluated by the graduate division of a regionally accredited university and declared the equivalent of similar undergraduate or graduate work in a U.S. institution.Graduates of non-accredited institutions may have their undergraduate work validated by admittance to graduate school and completion of a minimum of 5 SH of credit in a regionally accredited graduate college.Additional information
