- Support a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the Mining, Minerals and Metals vertical
- Provide technical expertise and support to the sales team in the North America region
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to expand market share
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners in the Mining, Minerals and Metals vertical
- Identify new business opportunities and drive innovation in sales processes
- 3+ years of transferrable experience in technical sales roles, preferably in the Mining, Minerals and Metals industry
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving targets
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of the products and solutions being sold in the Mining, Minerals and Metals vertical
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- Technical certifications or advanced degree preferred
- Leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Proven ability to drive results and achieve targets
- Strong technical expertise and the ability to provide technical support to the sales team
