We are partnering with a local manufacturer in Fredericktown who is seeking individuals to be a part of their Maintenance Department on 2nd and 3rd shift.JOB DUTIES:
- Support daily production operations working directly with Team Leaders and members of the Production Team- Troubleshooting for repairs- Preventative maintenance- Machine downtime solutions, and efficiency improvements- Component part rebuild workQUALIFICATIONS:
- High School diploma/ GED - Technical School Certification or combination- Minimum of 3 years manufacturing experience in team based problem solving production or maintenance position- Knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, electrical, ladder logic and numerical controls- Must be able to work overtime as needed to ensure production flow- Ability to demonstrate good communication skills, and a can do attitude!
