- Responsible for assisting the Sales Directors with managing all leads, calling prospects, touring prospects, and entering prospect information into the lead management system
- Assist with administrative and clerical work in the Sales department including preparing admission paperwork and community collateral.
- Assist the Sales Directors with event preparation
- In the absence of the Sales Directors, attend morning staff meeting as indicated to alert appropriate staff of projected move ins, move outs, and transfers within the community
- Able to conduct competitive analysis of other area senior living communities
- Prepare collateral for e-blasts, mailings, and community outreach
- Responsible for maintaining collateral inventory and ordering as indicated
- Ensure regulatory compliance and report any issues or concerns immediately
- Comply with Clearwater Living standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations
- Encourage teamwork through open communication with associates
- Display a positive and professional image through actions and maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includes wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working
- Represent the Clearwater Living principles and core values on a daily basis
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned or required
- High School Diploma or GED
- A minimum of one year of work experience in senior living, hospitality or Sales preferred
- Current First Aid Certification a plus
- Background clearances as required by government regulations
- Must meet health requirements, including TB
