Assistant Construction Manager

- Attend required meetings.
- Coordinate with other departments.
- Attending regular sites’ visits.
- Supervise the contractors’ manpower.
- Overseeing the work of contractors to ensure the completion on time within the Project quality standards.
- Highlight regularly the open to proceed areas.
- Reviewing contract documents to determine if changes are needed.
- Inspecting work sites for safety hazards and ensuring that safety measures are being followed.
- Maintaining contact with the contractors to coordinate the work at site.
- Overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
- Preparation of NCRs and FONs in coordination with QA/QC department.
- Reporting to the line manager as required.
- Reporting any concerns that might negatively impact the project.
- Must be Ready to join immediately.
- Bachelor's degree In Civil or Architectural Engineering.
- MBA, PMP, PRMG. IPMA or any equivalent certificates is a plus
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in the same role.

- Knowledge of execution techniques.

- AutoCAD
- Initial knowledge in scheduling software/Primavera and/or MS Project.
